Une cuisine simple mais raffinée amoureusement préparée par la patronne. Des produits frais, issus de producteurs pour la très grande majorité aquitains dont le patron ne manquera pas de vanter les mérites. Et pour ne rien gâcher, une facture toute en légèreté. Nous avons choisi le magret et les crevettes coco curry. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner pour goûter au reste de la carte. ”
